GProxy++, the Dota Reconnection Tool now entering Public Beta stage. Varlock has released both the GProxy++ server side and the client side of the tool. This tool is developed based on Ghost++. But you must aware that this is still at stage and maybe it not working perfectly. However, many platform now working to integrated this into their systems, including Garena.
